The Nightmare Clown Bowler is an intentionally provocative piece of headwear, designed to incite a visceral reaction through its unconventional adornments. Crafted from red faux-felt, this bowler hat is extravagantly decorated with hundreds of colorful plastic buttons and numerous googly eyes, creating a vibrant yet unsettling aesthetic. This unique piece was created in part to challenge the koumpounophobia (fear of buttons) of the creator’s sister, embodying a personalized and playful, yet eerie, expression of familial interaction.
